Step 1

Select Your Width & Projection

Select the width and projection from the tables below. Prices include the awning frame and Northport fabric with an 8 in valance — no cassette/hood or tray unless noted.

Example: An awning with a 12 ft width and 10 ft 2 in projection is priced at $3,474 — base model, no cassette or tray.
ℹ️  Width is measured end-to-end of the cassette. Projection is measured from the back of the cassette to the front bar. Tolerances are ¼ in. Fabric is Northport with an 8 in valance. Frame colour: White only.

Model 5 Eko — Economical

The same high-quality Northport fabric and 12-year warranty as our other models, at a lower price point. Fewer size options and white frame only — but an excellent value for those who don't need the full feature set of Model 1.

Cassette & Hood

In Model 5, the cassette and hood are an optional upgrade (not standard). The cassette housing encloses the fabric roll on top, protecting it from debris and weather. Recommended for motorized awnings and exposed installations.

Fabric Tray

A continuous aluminum tray beneath the full length of the fabric roll. Prevents sagging when extended and protects the underside of the fabric when closed. Included with the Cassette Hood & Tray upgrade.

The standard Model 5 awning — frame and fabric with no cassette housing, hood, or tray. The most affordable option, best suited for sheltered installations under a deep soffit.

With Cassette, Hood & Tray
This upgrade adds the aluminum cassette housing (top cover) and fabric tray (bottom support) to your Model 5. The cassette protects the fabric roll from rain, snow, and debris from above; the tray supports the fabric from below and shields it when closed. Recommended for motorized awnings and exposed installations.
