Select the width and projection from the tables below. Prices include the awning frame and Northport fabric — valance is not included in Model 4 pricing.

Example: An awning with a 12 ft width and 9 ft 10 in projection is priced at $6,747 — base model, no tray or back.

ℹ️ Width is measured end-to-end of the cassette. Projection is measured from the back of the cassette to the front bar. Tolerances are ¼ in. Fabric is Northport. Note: Model 4 is a full cassette — the cassette housing itself fully encloses and protects the fabric roll when closed. No separate hood option is offered or needed.

Full Cassette (Model 4)

Unlike semi-cassette models, Model 4's aluminum housing completely encloses the fabric roll and front bar when closed. This "Manor" design provides built-in weather protection — no separate hood is needed or available. It's the premium, most complete cassette protection we offer.

Fabric Tray

A continuous aluminum tray beneath the full length of the fabric roll. Prevents sagging when extended and protects the underside of the fabric from dirt and debris when closed. An upgrade from the base model.

Back Cover

Protects the rear of the awning where it meets the wall — the most vulnerable point on a roof-mounted installation where snow and water can collect. Essential for roof-mounted installs in heavy snow or rain regions.

The standard Model 4 full cassette awning with Northport fabric. The cassette housing fully encloses the fabric roll when closed — no separate hood is needed. Best for sheltered installations. Note: 13 ft 1 in projection requires a tray and is not available in the base model.

With Tray & Hood

The fabric tray is a continuous aluminum channel beneath the full length of the fabric roll — prevents sagging and protects the underside when closed. In Model 4, the tray option also includes the hood (top cover), since the full cassette design already provides top protection and the tray adds complete bottom coverage.

Model 4 – Full Cassette Retractable Awning

The Model 4 Manor is our most complete cassette awning. The fabric roll is fully enclosed in an aluminum housing — when closed, the large front profile completely seals the awning shut, providing maximum weather protection without needing a separate hood.
